I'd like to own and manage a bed and breakfast. Where do I start?

I am so ready for a career change and want to put to use my love of hospitality and meeting new people through owning and running a bed and breakfast. I have no money to start it and no experience in business but believe that I can make it work. If I work at this could it happen?

anything can happen if you really want it to. my question is if you don't have any money how are you going to buy a b&b? and if you don't have any experience, how do you expect to manage the place?
