So when its cold my toes turn black/purple/blue
and then they warm up and they become very itchy and a redish color and they swell
it bothers me a lot!

and how can i cure it?
This condition is called chillblains. Chilblains is inflammation of the small blood vessels in the skin in response to cold but above-freezing temperatures. This results in red swollen skin — usually on the face, ears, fingers, and toes -- which appears several hours after exposure to cold. It can progress to blisters and open sores. Warm the skin slowly. When you are exposed to cold try to keep warm with socks and boots.
