i dropped my laptop now its screwedup?
walking down the hall, cheapo zipper undid itself and pop, my laptop fell flat on the ground. very short disance, but it has scraches galore, and lots of things popped open, i snapped them back shut. now randomly the keyboard stops responding, mouse stop responding, or a blue screen that flashes for a quick second, then it restarts, but asks me if i wanna start windows normally,but the keyboard wont respond anymore, so i have to hit the power button again. seriously, the laptop was off, and it fell 3 feet. what the hell why is it doing this
Because it was dropped and now things are not connected the way they should be. Take it in to be repaired. Sounds like the screen wasn't cracked; which is good.
Computers don't take kindly to being dropped. Some are designed for it, most are not.
