I need help Identifying a disney piece of minnie mouse framed art.?

Hi, I have a print or 3-d type art with white raised areas on it. I was told this used to glow in the dark. That its a piece from the 50's, the frame its in is original. I have searched for 2 days looking for glow in dark of minnie mouse and came up with nothing. I want to list it on ebay but have no idea of its value. Would anyone know where I can go for help or can tell me if you know how much its worth,also whats it really called. here's a link to image of picture.
