Can Urine detect the use of Ear Drops used for an ear ache?

I had a real bad ear ache this weekend and the doctors office was closed. My mom offered me some ear drops but they were prescription ear drops. Where i work, we can't use meds that aren't prescribed for us (unless OTC) or in a random urine test we can get fired. So i was wondering if the ear drops did show up in your urine? How long does it stay, if it does show up?

You should be fine. Unless they are testing for specific medicines it will not be detected. Most likely the ear drops your mom gave you contained non-narcotics. Good luck
