Any cute ideas for cheap dorm gifts I can make my friends? Or ways to decorate picture frames?
We're all going off to college and I was thinking I'd like to buy a few plain, cheap frames and decorate them.
Does anyone have any cute ideas for how to decorate a picture frame? I'm thinking just paint and some rhinestones or something.. but I want it to be really special.
Or if not a picture frame, any other cheap ideas?
I got my friend a gift for his dorm on CollegePad.com, but I don't think they have picture frames
