I am a business major but need career suggestions. Entrepreneurship?

I have just completed my associates in Business and my associates in Liberal Arts. I suppose I will go on to get my bachelors in Business. But I have no idea what type of job to pursue. I would love to open my own business or even work from home but I have no idea of what type of business or where to start.

I don't want to choose a business that has an over saturated market. I have seen so many businesses start strong and then fail. I do not want to do the same. So pretty much I am looking for recommendations. I am trying to avoid too many startup costs. I am looking to open a business that stable and profitable of course.

I am eager to learn any trade. I have thought of scrapbook stores, childrens' boutiques, etc. but I know I should think bigger. I am currently in sales and my husband is an automotive technician. We have two children and would love to maximize our time with them. Any ideas? Any success stories? Does such a career even exist?

I totally relate to your question. I too am a mother or two who has a business degree and wanted to run my own business but with stability. I also wanted to be with my family and have flexibility that running a store couldn't afford.

I would love to tell you what I came upon. I am an independent consultant for Creative Memories. I basically help people organize their photos and help them display them. I make a good living and have the flexibility of scheduling my business around my life with the stability of a company that has been around for 20 years.

I have the support of a team and the foundation of quality products that speak for themselves.

Right now, you can start your own business for half price and even earn the other half back within the first 30 days making it be NO START UP COST.
